Ann is the Chief Services Officer and an Aging Life CareTM professional. She received the Outstanding Professional in Aging award from the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio. She is the Past President of the Association of Professionals in Aging, and a Board Member of the Midwest Chapter National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Ann’s expertise in helping senior adults live independently in their own homes was nationally recognized when she gave testimony at a United States Senate hearing. Ann has a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Gerontology, and Masters of Public Administration from Xavier University.
Katie brings over 20 years of experience as a licensed social worker, with a special focus on medical and geriatric social work. Since joining Jewish Family Service in 2019, she has served as the AgeWell Cincinnati Manager, helping older adults and their families navigate care options with compassion and understanding.
Katie is skilled in conducting assessments, supporting families through difficult conversations, and connecting clients to the community resources and services that best fit their needs, no matter their financial situation.
A caring and dedicated advocate, Katie is passionate about enhancing the lives of older adults and empowering them to live with dignity and independence. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and a master’s degree from Campbellsville University, and she is a proud member of the Aging Life Care Association.
Suzanne has an expansive and well-rounded background in the field of social work for over 30 years. Suzanne’s primary focus is working with older adults as a Geriatric Care Manager. Suzanne has extensive knowledge of community resources that benefit the lives of her clients, families, and coworkers since her employment in 2011 at Jewish Family Service in the Aging and Care Giver Services Department.
Suzanne works as a liaison for her clients by networking and coordinating services with the Council on Aging, hospitals, nursing homes, home health organizations, StarPoint, Pro Seniors, People Working Cooperatively, and the Barbash Family Vital Support Center/food pantry along with many other community agencies.
Suzanne has also worked extensively with clients of all social and economic backgrounds. Including low income to private pay in order to advocate and help them resolve financial issues. Suzanne works with many financial institutions such as banks, long term care companies, investment companies, insurance companies, all southwestern Ohio counties for Medicaid eligibility, county auditors, and Social Security programs.
Suzanne is a compassionate and dedicated geriatric care-manager who treats her clients like family. Suzanne is determined to make a difference to improve the quality of life for her clients.
Shelley Fricke comes to Age Well with over 20 years of working with the Aging population. She is a Licensed Social Worker with a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work from Mount Saint Joseph University, complimented by minors in gerontology and socio-psychology. She's passionate about supporting individuals through life's transitions, particularly in the areas of aging, mental health and social connection. Her background gives a well-rounded, compassionate approach to working with diverse populations.
Bethany has been a licensed social worker for over ten years, working primarily in the medical field serving aging adults in Cincinnati and beyond. Bethany is licensed to provide services in both Ohio & Kentucky. She has professional experience working in local long-term care and rehabilitation facilities, in palliative and hospice care, and most recently providing telephonic care management services at a large Medicare Advantage company. Bethany is passionate about putting clients’ needs first and working to find solutions to problems, no matter their socioeconomic status. Bethany enjoys networking within the professional geriatric community to gain skills, acquire knowledge, and learn about resources to better outcomes for her clients. Bethany obtained her BA in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and her MSW from the University of Cincinnati. She is also a proud member of the Aging Life Care Association
